In accordance with the Law of the City of Moscow dated July 8, 2009 No. 25
"On legal acts of the city of Moscow", in order to update the lists of pharmacy organizations that have the right to dispense medicines, medical devices, specialized therapeutic nutrition products for disabled children on prescriptions from medical workers free of charge or with a 50 percent discount,
I ORDER:

1.Approve:
1.1. List of pharmacy organizations that have the right to dispense medicinal products (including potent medicinal products, medicinal products subject to quantitative accounting) and medical products based on prescriptions from medical workers free of charge or with a 50 percent discount (Appendix 1 to this order).
1.2. List of pharmacies authorized to dispense narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and toxic substances on prescription from medical workers free of charge or with a 50 percent discount (Appendix 2 to this order).
1.3. List of pharmacy organizations entitled to dispense extemporaneous manufactured drugs based on prescriptions from medical workers free of charge or with a 50% discount (Appendix 3 to this order).
1.4. List of pharmacy organizations entitled to dispense medicinal products, medical devices prescribed for individual nosologies, as well as specialized therapeutic nutrition products for disabled children, according to prescriptions from medical workers free of charge or with a 50 percent discount (Appendix 4 to this order).

The Director of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the City of Moscow “Center for Drug Supply of the Moscow City Health Department” (hereinafter referred to as the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution “Center for Drug Supply of the Moscow City Health Department”) D.A. Tsybankova shall make changes in accordance with the appendices to this order to the electronic reference books:

• medical organizations, according to prescriptions from medical workers of which medicinal preparations, medical devices, specialized therapeutic nutrition products for disabled children are dispensed to certain categories of citizens according to prescriptions from medical workers free of charge or
  with a 50 percent discount in Moscow;
• Pharmacy organizations that have the right to dispense medicines, medical products, specialized therapeutic nutrition products for disabled children based on prescriptions from medical workers free of charge or with a 50 percent discount in the city of Moscow.
• Deadline: within 10 days from the date of publication of this order

3. Establish that the dispensing of medicinal products intended for the treatment of patients with hemophilia, cystic fibrosis, pituitary dwarfism, Gaucher disease, malignant neoplasms of lymphoid, hematopoietic and related tissues, multiple sclerosis, hemolytic uremic syndrome, juvenile arthritis of systemic onset, mucopolysaccharidosis types I, II and VI, unspecified aplastic anemia, hereditary deficiency of factors II (fibrinogen), VII (labile), X (Stewart-Prower), persons after organ and (or) tissue transplantation is carried out in pharmacy organizations determined by a separate order of the Moscow City Department of Health.

3. Recognize as invalid:
Order of the Moscow City Health Department dated July 15, 2024 No. 610 "On approval of the lists of pharmacy organizations entitled to dispense medicines, medical devices, specialized therapeutic nutrition products for disabled children on prescriptions from medical workers free of charge or with a 50 percent discount in the city of Moscow"

• Order of the Moscow City Health Department dated July 21, 2022 No. 712 "On Amendments to the Order of the Moscow City Health Department dated March 4, 2022 No. 210";
• Order of the Moscow City Health Department dated November 24, 2022 No. 1096 "On Amendments to the Order of the Moscow City Health Department dated March 4, 2022 No. 210";
• Order of the Moscow City Health Department dated March 1, 2023 No. 179 “On Amendments to the Order of the Moscow City Health Department dated March 4, 2022 No. 210”;
• Order of the Moscow City Health Department dated June 2, 2023 No. 606 "On Amendments to the Order of the Moscow City Health Department dated March 4, 2022 No. 210".

5. The responsibility for monitoring the execution of this order shall be assigned to
to the Deputy Head of the Moscow City Health Department, Yu. O. Antipova
