In accordance with part 5 of article 79.1 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 N 323-FZ "On the basics of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation" (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2011, N 48, art. 6724; 2014, N 30, art. . 4257)

Approve the procedure for choosing a medical organization by a citizen when providing him with medical care under the program of state guarantees of free provision of medical care to citizens in accordance with the Appendix.
