Order of the DZM of Moscow dated April 29, 2016 No. 376
In order to provide certain categories of citizens entitled to receive state social assistance (hereinafter referred to as certain categories of citizens) with medicines and medical devices, in pursuance of the order of the Government of Moscow dated August 10, 2005 N 1506-RP "On the implementation of social support measures certain categories of residents of the city of Moscow for the provision of medicines and medical products dispensed by prescription of doctors free of charge or with a 50% discount "I order:
1. Approve:
1.1. List of pharmacy organizations entitled to dispense medicines (including potent medicines, medicines subject to subject-quantitative accounting) and medical devices under doctor's prescriptions free of charge or with a 50% discount (Appendix 1).
1.2. List of pharmacy organizations entitled to dispense narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, as well as toxic substances on doctor's prescriptions free of charge or with a 50% discount (Appendix 2).
1.3. List of pharmacy organizations that have the right to dispense extemporaneous drugs according to doctors' prescriptions free of charge or with a 50% discount (Appendix 3).
1.4. The list of pharmacy organizations dispensing medicines and medical devices for certain diseases according to prescriptions issued to certain categories of citizens by doctors of medical organizations of the state healthcare system of the city of Moscow (Appendix 4).
2. Director of the State Budgetary Institution of Healthcare of the City of Moscow "Center for Drug Supply of the Department of Health of the City of Moscow" (hereinafter referred to as GBUZ "TsLO DZM") Grishina Yu.S. make changes in accordance with the annexes to this order in electronic directories:
- medical organizations, according to the prescriptions of doctors of which, medicines, medical devices are dispensed to certain categories of citizens free of charge or with a 50% discount in the city of Moscow;
- - pharmacy organizations that have the right to dispense medicines and medical products on prescription free of charge or with a 50% discount in the city of Moscow. Deadline: within 10 days from the date of issuance of the order
