Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of April 22, 2014 N 183n

In accordance with paragraph 5.2.171 (1) of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2012 N 608 (Sobraniye Zakonodatelstva Rossiyskoy Federatsii, 2012, N 26, Art. 3526; 2013, N 16, 1970; N 20, item 2477; N 22, item 2812; N 33, item 4386; N 45, item 5822; 2014, N 12, item 1296), I order:

1. Approve the list of medicines for medical use subject to subject-quantitative accounting, according to the Appendix.

3. Recognize as invalid:

Annex No. 1 to the Procedure for the Dispensing of Medicinal Products approved by Order No. 785 of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation dated December 14, 2005 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 16, 2006, registration No. 7353);

order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of October 13, 2006 N 703 "On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of December 14, 2005 N 785" (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 7, 2006, registration N 8445);

clause 4 of the Amendments to the Procedure for Dispensing Medicinal Products, approved by Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of December 14, 2005 N 785, approved by Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of February 12, 2007 N 109 (registered by the Ministry of Justice Russian Federation March 30, 2007, registration N 9198);

Clause 4 of the Amendments to the Procedure for Dispensing Medicinal Products, approved by Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of December 14, 2005 N 785, approved by Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2007 N 521 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 29, 2007, registration N 10063).
