Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated January 13, 2006 No. 16
In accordance with Art. 40 Fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the protection of the health of citizens of July 22, 1993 N 5487-1 (Bulletin of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, N 33, item 1318; Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2003, N 2 , article 167; 2004, N 35, article 3607) I order:
1. Approve the standard of care for patients with cleft palate, cleft lip, cleft palate and lip according to the appendix.
2. Recommend the heads of federal specialized medical institutions to use the standard of care for patients with cleft palate, cleft lip, cleft palate and lip when providing expensive (high-tech) medical care.
