The procedure for providing dental care to patients with a new coronavirus infection COVID-19, as well as to persons under "social monitoring"

In order to preserve the health of residents of the city of Moscow and prevent further spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 in the city of Moscow, in accordance with Decree of the Mayor of Moscow dated March 5, 2020 No. 12-UM, medical care in the field of dentistry for patients with a new coronavirus infection COVID-19, as well as persons under “social monitoring”, are provided by mobile medical and nursing dental teams of city dental clinics at the place of residence (stay) of patients in the city of Moscow, as well as in hospitals and observatories.

The teams are equipped with portable dental equipment, personal protective equipment, medical packs, and ambulances.

Assistance is provided free of charge to patients under the Territorial Compulsory Medical Insurance Program. The patient must present:

Identity document (including passport, birth certificate);

Compulsory health insurance policy;

An order to isolate a person with suspected novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) or voluntary informed consent for outpatient (home) treatment of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and adherence to isolation.
