Privacy Policy
General provisions:
This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been developed in accordance with the Federal Law “On
personal data” No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 and applies to all personal data processed in SP No. 35 DZM.
The policy states:
— purposes of personal data processing;
— ownership of personal data;
- a list of actions with personal data and methods of their processing;
— general principles of personal data processing;
— conditions for the processing of personal data and ensuring their confidentiality;
— the rights of personal data subjects and healthcare institutions;
— measures to ensure the security of personal data.
The policy defines the principles, procedure and conditions for the processing of personal data of patients and employees of the institution, in order to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of a person and citizen in the processing of his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy.
The provisions of this Policy are the basis for organizing work on the processing of personal data, developing internal regulatory
documents regulating the processing of personal data. SP No. 35 DZM - is a personal data operator, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data, as well as ensures the protection of the rights and freedoms of subjects in the processing of their personal data and takes measures to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations stipulated by the Federal Law "On Personal Data" and the regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it.
This Policy is publicly available and is placed in the public domain (on the official website, information stands, etc.) or otherwise provides unlimited access to this Policy.
