If you have any suggestions, as well as comments or complaints, you can write a letter to the chief physician of GAUZ "SP No. 35 DZM" - Andrey Borisovich Gusev.

According to the Federal Law of April 21, 2006 No. 59-FZ "On the Procedure for Considering Appeals from Citizens of the Russian Federation", the maximum period for considering appeals to the head physician of the State Autonomous Institution "SP No. 35 DZM" is 30 days.
