Order of the Moscow Department of Healthcare dated March 31, 2021 No. 285 “On approval of the Price Guide for orthopedic dental services provided by medical organizations of the state healthcare system of the city of Moscow to certain categories of residents of the city of Moscow at the expense of the budget of the city of Moscow”
In accordance with the laws of the city of Moscow of November 3, 2004 No. 70 "On measures of social support for certain categories of residents of the city of Moscow", of November 23, 2005 No. 60 "On social support for families with children in the city of Moscow", of September 26, 2018 No. 19 "On additional measures of support for residents of the city of Moscow in connection with changes in federal legislation in the field of pension provision"
- To approve the Price Guide for orthopedic dental services provided by medical organizations of the state healthcare system of the city of Moscow to certain categories of residents of the city of Moscow at the expense of the budget of the city of Moscow (Appendix 1 to this order).
- To approve general instructions for the application of the Price Guide for orthopedic dental services provided by medical organizations of the state health care system of the city of Moscow to certain categories of residents of the city of Moscow using funds from the budget of the city of Moscow (Appendix 2 to this order).
- To declare invalid the order of the Moscow City Health Department dated August 8, 2017 No. 558 "On approval of the Price Guide for orthopedic dental services provided by medical organizations subordinate to the Moscow City Health Department to certain categories of citizens at the expense of the Moscow City budget."
- Extend the effect of this order to legal relations that arose from January 1, 2021.
- Supervision over the execution of this order shall be assigned to the Deputy Head of the Moscow City Health Department, E. Yu. Khavkina.
