 "Time for the Young" – a national award in the field of state youth policy, encouraging outstanding achievements of industry specialists, leaders of youth public associations, business structures,
as well as individual figures who have made a significant contribution to the development of Russian youth.

Special nomination “Youth Capital of Russia”

The status “Youth Capital of Russia” is awarded by Rosmolodezh to a Russian city (for 1 year) for outstanding achievements and large-scale plans to improve the youth policy of the municipality and the subject of the Russian Federation.

For the region it is:

1. An opportunity for the city to showcase its innovative ideas, projects and activities aimed at introducing a new youth perspective into all aspects of city life.
2. Assessing the contribution of young people to the implementation of the city’s socio-economic development strategy.
3. A model and standard for the development of a youth policy ecosystem for the entire country.

Popular voting for the title “Youth Capital of Russia – 2024” is taking place until December 20, 2023 on the website of the Youth House (dom.fadm.gov.ru/vote). Anyone can take part in the voting.

The voting results will be summed up on December 22, 2023 at the final of the All-Russian Youth Achievement Award “Time of the Young” in the Youth House at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia” at VDNKh.
