Admission under the policy of compulsory medical insurance (CHI)

Insured citizens of the Russian Federation have the opportunity to receive free medical care in the amount established by the Territorial Compulsory Medical Insurance Program.

The MHI policy is the main document confirming the fact of insurance of a citizen. When you first contact the clinic, you must fill out an application for the choice of a medical organization and provide a compulsory medical insurance policy, an identity document.

LIST OF DENTAL SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE CHI PROGRAM:

Therapeutic dentistry and periodontics:

  • reception of a dentist-therapist
  • treatment of dental caries using filling materials of domestic production in cases of tooth decay less than 50%
  • treatment of pulpitis (inflammation of the nerve of the tooth) using endodontic instruments and filling materials of domestic production
  • treatment of periodontitis (inflammation of the tissues surrounding the tooth root) using endodontic instruments and filling materials of domestic production
  • removal of dental deposits (tartar above and below the gum line) by hand simultaneously in the area of up to six teeth
  • treatment of inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa and gums (gingivitis, periodontitis, stomatitis) using domestically produced medicines, with the exception of surgical methods of treatment
  • Splinting of teeth with fast-hardening plastic of domestic production in the complex treatment of periodontal disease
  • anesthesia during dental treatment using anesthetics and standard disposable syringes of domestic production
  • treatment of tooth hypersensitivity (hypersensitivity) with the use of fluorine-containing preparations of domestic production


Surgical dentistry:

  • reception of a dentist-surgeon
  • simple and complex extraction of teeth, including the removal of dystopic and impacted teeth (with anomalies in the location) for medical reasons
  • anesthesia during dental treatment using anesthetics and standard disposable syringes of domestic production
  • treatment of pericoronitis (excision of the hood) with difficult teething
  • treatment of alveolitis (complications after tooth extraction) with curettage of the hole
  • treatment of injuries of the maxillofacial region (splinting of teeth in case of a fracture)
  • treatment of inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity: opening of the abscess of the subperiosteal, soft tissues in the oral cavity
  • removal of bony prominences
  • removal of benign neoplasms in the periodontium and oral mucosa
  • treatment of diseases of the salivary glands (diagnosis of the disease, carrying out complex measures aimed at correcting immunity, influencing the pathological process in the salivary gland)

X-ray diagnostics:

  • orthopantomography (only for children and the privileged category of the population for the purpose of dental prosthetics)
  • radiography and radiovisiography intraoral targeted x-rays of teeth (on film and paper)

Physiotherapy:

  • appointment with a physiotherapist
  • physiotherapeutic methods of treatment in dentistry using domestically produced medicines: galvanization, darsonvalization, ultrasound therapy and phonophoresis, UHF therapy, microwave therapy, inductometry, laser and magnetic laser therapy

  Orthodontics:

  • Orthodontic treatment of children (bite correction) using orthodontic plates (no more than two plates in 6 months) using domestic materials, with the exception of the bracket system

ORTHOPEDIC DENTISTRY

Provision of privileged orthopedic dental care to residents of the city of Moscow is regulated by the law of the city of Moscow No. 70 of 03.11.2004 "On social support for a certain category of citizens of the city of Moscow" at the expense of the budget of the city of Moscow.

Free production and repair of dentures (except for the cost of paying for the cost of precious metals and cermets), taking into account medical indications and contraindications, is carried out by preferential categories of citizens:

In the manufacture of dentures, the standard manufacturing time must be observed:

  • fixed bridge prosthesis - 5 weeks
  • removable dentures - 4 weeks
  • clasp prosthetics - 5 weeks
  • single crowns - 2 weeks
  • combined crowns - 3 weeks
  • plastic crowns (kappa) - 1 week
  • restoration of removable dentures - 3 days

The warranty period for the operation of dentures must comply with the requirements established by the order of the DEPR of Moscow dated December 24, 2015 No. 54-r “On Tariffs for Orthopedic Dental Services Provided to Certain Categories of Citizens”:

  • removable dentures - 12 months
  • fixed dentures - 24 months

The following types of work are carried out:

  • partial and complete removable lamellar dentures (with the installation of a different number of plastic teeth from 1 to 14 on one denture);
  • simple clasp prostheses;
  • non-removable dentures (single stamped crowns and bridges: steel, plastic, metal-plastic, metal-ceramic, dentures made of gold and precious metals);
  • removal and cementation of crowns;
  • anesthesia in the process of orthopedic treatment using disposable standard syringes and anesthetics of domestic production;
  • The cost of gold, precious metals, cermets and plasma retention spraying on fixed prostheses is paid additionally by the patient from personal funds.
  • All orthopedic structures are made strictly according to medical indications.

  • Treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases using modern methods using imported materials (guided tissue regeneration, splinting of mobile teeth, cosmetic closure of exposed necks of teeth, etc.)
  • Surgical methods for the treatment of periodontal diseases (open curettage, flap surgery, gingivoplasty, etc.)
  • Implantology, guided bone regeneration operations and soft tissue plastics in the area of implants
  • Prosthetics on implants
  • Carrying out orthopedic and orthodontic treatment for persons over 18 years of age and of working age
  • Anesthesia using imported carpool anesthetics

Home assistance for people with limited mobility:

The provision of dental care at home is carried out within the framework of the order of the Department of Health of the City of Moscow dated 07.07.2009 No. 783 “On improving the provision of dental care to disabled people with severe disability”. As part of the dental clinics there are teams to provide therapeutic and orthopedic care to bedridden patients. To provide medical care at home, a preliminary examination by a local general practitioner is required, followed by the issuance of a conclusion on the general state of health and the possibility of providing assistance at home. Comprehensive dental care at home for people with severe disabilities is provided in accordance with the list of dental services:

  1. Oral examination
  2. Determination of the state of oral hygiene with indication of plaque (hygiene index)
  3. Determination of the state of periodontal tissues and oral mucosa
  4. removal of dental deposits and recommendations for brushing teeth
  5. carrying out atraumatic treatment of dental caries using glass ionomer cements for filling.
  6. Treatment of hyperesthesia of hard tissues of the tooth.
  7. treatment of pulpitis, periodontitis and periodontal diseases
  8. Grinding teeth
  9. Preparation of teeth for crowns
  10. taking impressions
  11. fitting of crowns, fixation
  12. taking impressions for the manufacture of a partial or complete removable denture
  13. prosthesis correction
  14. removal of crowns
  15. denture repair

Surgical dental care is provided only on an outpatient or inpatient basis in the direction of the dental clinic to which the patient is attached.
