Order of the Department of Health of Moscow, Department of Information Technologies of Moscow of October 22, 2014 No. 914/64-16-421/14

In order to improve the efficiency of the drug supply system for certain categories of citizens eligible for state social assistance in the city of Moscow, we order:

1. Approve:

1.1. The procedure for maintaining the Unified City Register of Certain Categories of Citizens Entitled to Provision of Medicines and Medical Devices Dispensed on Doctors' Prescriptions Free of Charge or with a 50% Discount in the City of Moscow (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) (Appendix).

This Procedure shall enter into force on 01.11.2014.

2. Chief physicians of medical organizations of the state healthcare system of the city of Moscow to ensure the maintenance of the Unified City Register in accordance with the Procedure.

3. Consider invalidated:

3.1. Order of the Committee of Health of the City of Moscow dated 02.12.2001 N 65 "On the preparation of a unified urban register of the population entitled to preferential and free distribution of medicines and medical products."

3.2. Order of the Moscow Department of Health of 19.01.2005 N 31 "On Amendments to the Order of the Committee of Health of the City of Moscow of 12.02.2001 N 65" 7.2007 N 304, dated 10/06/2008 N 748, dated 03/26/2013 N 273).

3.3. Annex 3 to the order of the Moscow Department of Health of the Moscow Department of Information Technologies dated October 25, 2013 N 1047/64-16-481/13 "On the operation of drug provision services of the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System of the City of Moscow (UMIAS), designed to maintain a register of privileged categories of citizens and issuing prescriptions in electronic form, in the city of Moscow" in terms of maintaining a register of certain categories of citizens entitled to provide necessary medicines.

4 To impose control over the execution of this order on the first deputy head of the Department of Health of the city of Moscow N.N. Potekaev and Deputy Head of the Department of Information Technologies of the City of Moscow V.V. Makarov.
