In order to improve the organization of the provision of medical care to pupils of organizations for orphans and children left without parental care, taking into account the main provisions of the Federal Laws of December 21, 1996 No. N 159-FZ "On additional guarantees for social support for orphans and children left without parental care", dated November 21, 2011 N 323-FZ "On the basics of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation", law of the city of Moscow dated November 30, 2005 N 61 "On additional guarantees for social support for orphans and children left without parental care" we order:
1. Approve Position on interagency cooperation on the issue of organizing the provision of medical care to pupils of organizations for orphans and children left without parental care (Appendix 1).
2. Approve scheme assigning medical organizations of the state health care system of the city of Moscow, providing primary health care to the children's population, to organizations for orphans and children left without parental care, subordinate to the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the City of Moscow, in order to provide medical care to pupils of these organizations (Appendix 2).
3. Approve scheme Assignment of medical organizations of the state healthcare system of the city of Moscow, providing primary health care to the children's population, to non-governmental organizations for orphans and children left without parental care, in order to provide medical care to the pupils of these organizations (Appendix 3).
4. Approve plan fixing medical organizations providing dental care to orphans and children in difficult life situations, staying in stationary institutions (Appendix 4).

5. Approve plan consolidation of medical organizations providing psychiatric care to orphans and children in difficult life situations, staying in stationary institutions (Appendix 5).

6. To impose control over the execution of this order on the deputy heads of the Department of Health of the city of Moscow, Starshinin A.V., Tokarev A.S., Khavkina E.Yu., deputy head of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the City of Moscow, Berber E.V.
