The procedure for implementing the right established by the legislation of the Russian Federation to provide extraordinary medical care to certain categories of citizens in medical organizations participating in the implementation of the Territorial Program of State Guarantees of Free Medical Care to Citizens in the City of Moscow for 2019 and for the planning period of 2020 and 2021.


1. The procedure for providing medical care on an extraordinary basis to certain categories of citizens in medical organizations participating in the implementation of the Territorial program of state guarantees of free medical care for citizens in the city of Moscow for 2019 and for the planning period of 2020 and 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), establishes the rules provision of emergency medical care to certain categories of citizens in medical organizations participating in the implementation of the Territorial Program of State Guarantees of Free Medical Care for Citizens in the City of Moscow for 2019 and for the planning period of 2020 and 2021 (hereinafter referred to as medical organizations).


2. The right to extraordinary medical care in medical organizations in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation is granted:


2.1. Disabled people of the Great Patriotic War, invalids of military operations, participants of the Great Patriotic War, veterans of military operations and persons equated to them in terms of medical support.


2.2. Former minor prisoners of fascist concentration camps, ghettos and other places of detention created by the German fascists and their allies during the Second World War.


2.3. Persons who worked during the Great Patriotic War at the objects of air defense, local air defense, construction of defensive structures, naval bases, airfields and other military facilities within the rear borders of the active fronts, operational zones of the operating fleets, on the front-line sections of railways and roads .


2.4. Persons awarded with the badge "Inhabitant of besieged Leningrad".


2.5. Disabled members of the families of a deceased (deceased) disabled veteran of the Great Patriotic War, a combat invalid, a participant in the Great Patriotic War, a combat veteran and persons equivalent to them in terms of medical support.

  • Rehabilitated persons.
  • 2.10. Citizens awarded with badges "Honorary Donor of the USSR" or "Honorary Donor of Russia".
  • 2.11. Citizens exposed to radiation and receiving social support measures in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation dated May 15, 1991 No. 1244-1 "On the social protection of citizens exposed to radiation as a result of the Chernobyl disaster", Federal Law dated November 26, 1998 No. 175-FZ "On the social protection of citizens of the Russian Federation exposed to radiation as a result of the accident in 1957 at the Mayak production association and the discharge of radioactive waste into the Techa River", Federal Law of January 10, 2002 No. 2-FZ "On social guarantees to citizens exposed to radiation as a result of nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk test site "and equated to them in terms of medical support in accordance with the Decree of the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation dated December 27, 1991 No. 2123-1" On the extension of the RSFSR Law "On the social protection of citizens exposed to radiation as a result of the catastrophe at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant "for citizens from special risk units" to persons.

1.
